Greylock Works

Adaptive re-use project in North Adams, Massachusetts, USA.
Reviving a former cotton-spinning mill in the Berkshires region, built in 1870, into a mixed-use project including an event space for cultural events to support and celebrate local makers, co-working spaces (East and West Studios), retail, and residences.

Role: Design and production of drawings from schematic to construction
documents, and shop drawings of condos, East and West studios
and The Break Room. Visualization and 3D modeling of the campus.
Graphics, layout and editing of printed design proposals,
website and marketing materials including photography,
videos and event layouts of the yearly markets (Heriloom and Festive).
